Our General Full Home Health Check Service ensures that all electrical and plumbing systems in your home are functioning efficiently and safely, preventing costly repairs.
Procedure :
- Comprehensive inspection of all electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, and appliances.
- Evaluation of plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and water heaters.
- Identification of potential issues, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
- Detailed report with recommendations for repairs or improvements.
Inclusions & Exclusions:
- Full inspection of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and appliances.
- Plumbing system check, including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
- Safety checks for potential hazards in both systems.
- Recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Actual repairs or replacements of faulty systems (unless specified).
- Installation of new appliances or fixtures.
- Emergency services or urgent repairs.
Required Time:
2 to 6 hours, depending upon floor type and size
